We had the best stay at this guesthouse! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Tower and other attractions. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious and clean room, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and valuable tips on the city. We loved how close it was to everything, making it easy for us to explore this city.

This hotel is an excellent value for money. Located in a calm neighborhood, it offers affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the tasteful decor to the well-kept rooms. Despite the lack of proper air conditioning, the two fans provided in the corners of the room ensured a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the leaning tower of Pisa was truly amazing.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Good location, 12-minute walk to the Tower. Comfy rooms, easy parking nearby. Helpful and informative hosts. Superbly located with convenient access to buses. Kind and wonderful host made us feel at home. Inviting, clean, and tastefully decorated room. Spacious and clean bathroom. Welcoming shared kitchen. Well-kept with tasteful decor.
